I was thrilled with the spacious family room, where everything was immaculate! The bathroom featured a spotless walk-in shower that felt luxurious. Waking up to an excellent breakfast spread with delightful pastries was simply the cherry on top!

Convenient access to Bilbao's gems

Waking up to a lovely breakfast was a daily highlight, with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious pastries. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to share tips for exploring Bilbao.

The only downside was limited dining options. I found the evening meals lacked variety and freshness. It would be nice to have more appealing dinner choices after a long day.

I enjoy my stay here as it's located right next to a large shopping mall and various restaurants, making it convenient for meals and shopping. The room is clean and comfortable, allowing for a restful night. Plus, the staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions I have about the area.

The only downside is the lack of English news channels on the TV, which can be frustrating.

Super comfy and clean!

Had a fab stay! The room was super clean and comfy, just right for a night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus, the snack bar was open 24/7 with decent prices. A little tricky finding parking, though. Still a solid pick when I'm in the area!
